We are a family business that supports the local community serving the Perth, Eastern Hills area and immediate surrounds.
All our firewood is sustainably sourced from our won and other surrounding properties in the Gidgegannup area, i.e. we do not collect from the state forrest, we do not fell living trees, we only use dead standing or fallen wood.
All our firewood is seasoned and dry wood with a moisture content of less than 20% (dry weight).
Firewood sold by volume in WA is routinely sold based on 2.2 to 2.4 cu/m tonne equivalent (loosely stacked).
Unfortunately we are unable to deliver 100% of any particular species, typical deliveries are 80% Jarrah, 15% Wandoo and less than 5% Marri but is subject to wood available at time of purchase.
